We started morning with Elita Poplavska from Health Projects Latvia and her workshop about researches and methods of research. There were questions answered how to evaluate research, how to make sure that it is valid enough to trust information in it? After short coffee break students from RSU SKMK and KAMK continued activities.

Madara Blumberga lecturer from RSU Sarkanā Krusta medicīnas koledža lead workshop communication in between patients and nurses connected with responsible usage of medicines.

Each student who participated in “Patient safety week” has stepped out of their comfort zone, done incredible work to speak up and share their experience with patient safety accidents and situations during their practices.

Work week has ended and we all have learned many things, RSU Sarkanā Krusta medicīnas koledža hopes that each student and lecturer have some home take message and tomorrow will be safer day for patients in hospitals and health care facilities.
